Availability of a self-hosted instance depends on your hosting provider, server configuration, and ongoing administration.

Free use of the software does not include guaranteed availability, an SLA, or ongoing maintenance or support unless separately agreed.

The setup package for €99 incl. VAT (€82.5 net) includes only the services described in the pricing section. Ongoing maintenance and administration are not included and can be agreed separately.
